These terms cover this website and the current development version of Translated Theory Test, provided by Fabudable Technologies Ltd. Contact contact@translatedtheorytest.co.uk with questions. The app is not yet published; this site does not offer purchases, accounts or test bookings.

What the app does

The app supports car theory revision for Great Britain with English questions and support in your chosen language in Practice. Timed mocks offer multiple-choice practice. Northern Ireland is outside this version.

Learning and translation

This is an independent learning tool, not an official test or a DVSA-endorsed service. Results do not guarantee that you will pass. Translations are AI-generated and have not been reviewed by a human; they can contain errors. English is the source for answers. Report possible errors before relying on an unclear translation. App examples and website progress figures are illustrative.

Fair use and local data

Use the website and app lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, try to bypass security, or redistribute material without permission. Intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners; these terms do not grant rights to republish revision content.

Your learning progress is stored on your device without account recovery or cross-device sync. Clearing data or uninstalling can delete it. Internet is needed for the initial content download and later updates. Features, content and availability may change as development continues.

Responsibility and applicable law

We aim to describe the app accurately, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Updated terms will be posted here when the service changes.
